Attorney & Counselor at Law
Admitted in Virginia and the District of Columbia
Nathan W. Seidel grew up in Roanoke, Virginia before attending the College of William & Mary, where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. His first business experience arose in 2018, when he founded and operated his own lawn and home care service for three consecutive summers in Roanoke. Drawn to journalism and writing at an early age, Nathan served as Editor-in-Chief of his high school newspaper and Sports Editor of The Flat Hat student newspaper in college. During this time, he was also a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta, Phi Eta Sigma, and Psi Chi honor societies at William & Mary.
Following his undergraduate studies, Nathan stayed in Williamsburg for three more years to attend William & Mary Law School. While there, he served as Articles Editor for the William & Mary Business Law Review and Vice President of Finance for the First Generation Student Association. After a summer internship with Arlington Law Group, he discovered a passion for estate planning and business law and took specific classes to develop targeted skills, such as Estate & Gift Tax and Special Needs Estate Planning.
Nathan is a member of the Virginia State Bar. He assists clients with Estate Planning and Estate and Trust Administration, as well as Business Law projects related to the creation and operation of privately held businesses. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, cooking new recipes, watching NFL football, and reading mystery novels.
