Initial Consultations
All of our client relationships begin with an initial consultation. At the initial consultation we can gauge your needs, discuss your legal issues or questions and decide together how to proceed. During the initial consultation we will provide you estimates on our fees for your matter. There is no obligation to proceed beyond the initial consultation.

Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning Initial Consultation
Free initial consultation for new estate planning clients. This is appropriate for clients who have not done prior estate planning, or who wish to replace their old estate planning documents. After scheduling, and prior to your appointment, you will need to complete and return our estate planning questionnaire to qualify for the free initial consultation.
Probate, Estate and Trust Administration -- $490.00
After the death of a friend or loved one, we can assist with the process of transferring their assets to their beneficiaries with their Last Will and Testament in the court probate process, and/or with a Trust that the decedent created during their lifetime. During this initial consultation, we will discuss the decedent's assets, what (if any) estate planning documents they prepared, and the logistics for handling their estate.
Guardianship and Conservatorship Consultation -- $490.00
If you need to make medical or financial decisions for an individual who is incapacitated, and who has not prepared their own estate planning documents (e.g. Advance Medical Directive / Medical Power of Attorney or Durable General Financial Power of Attorney), we can assist with petitioning the court for the appointment of a guardian and/or conservator for the incapacitated individual.
Estate Plan Review (Prior Documents Prepared by Another Law Firm) -- $1,000.00
For clients with an existing estate plan that was not prepared by Arlington Law Group who wish to review their documents and tax planning. We will review your documents in advance of your one hour meeting. We can discuss any updates you wish to make, and then provide an estimate for completing those updates if desired.
Personal Contract Review Consultation -- $490.00
General personal consultation for contract review, for any of the following types of contracts: real estate sale (commercial or residential), real estate lease (commercial only), employment contract or severance agreement, stock option or grant, or consulting agreement.
General Personal Legal Consultation -- $490.00
General personal legal consultation to advise on tax planning, real estate transactions, or asset protection matters.
New Business Startup Consultation -- $490.00
Initial consultation regarding the formation of a new for-profit business (e.g. limited liability company (LLC) or stock corporation), or non-profit (e.g. non-stock corporation). We will discuss choice of entity, tax elections, insurance, banking, company governance, and other questions related to your new business. You may then choose to hire us to complete the formation of your new business.
Existing Business Consultation -- $490.00
General business legal consultation for an existing business for matters such as contract review and drafting, commercial lease review, purchase and sale of business, or changing the governing documents for an existing business.
Existing Client Follow Up - 30 Minutes
Follow up meetings for established clients who have a current engagement letter. Actual time spent with attorney will be billed to your account pursuant to your engagement letter. Please select the attorney you are working with on this project.
Existing Client Follow Up - 60 Minutes
Follow up meetings for established clients who have a current engagement letter. Actual time spent with attorney will be billed to your account pursuant to your engagement letter. Please select the attorney you are working with on this project.
