Our new business startup package provides a 60 minute initial consultation for a flat fee. If you choose to use our firm to then incorporate or organize your business entity, the fee will be credited toward your new business organization. All businesses in Virginia, D.C. or Maryland doing business in a name other than their full individual, corporate or LLC legal name are required to file a Fictitious Business Name (also called a Trade Name or Doing Business As Name or DBA) application with the Virginia State Corporation Commission (VSCC), the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT), or the District of Columbia Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA). We can prepare and file these forms with the applicable government agencies for you. Our fee does not include the filing fees which range from $10 to $55 per Fictitious Business Name. |
